Hotel Epinard Nasu

Three zones: a 25-meter pool plus kids' pools 30 cm and 60 cm deep. Even babies may use it while wearing a swim diaper, and bringing your own float ring is fine - a great spot for a first pool experience. Guests staying at the hotel can also use it before check-in and after checkout.

A large open-air bath surrounded by trees and a babbling river, a sauna (seats 20+), a hinoki (cypress) bath and a jacuzzi, all filled with simple onsen (tanjun-sen) water. The changing room has a crib and diaper bin, and the communal bath area keeps a bath chair, baby soap and baby bathtub on hand.

A themed room, limited to just 3 per day, recreating the world of the popular CG animation 'Chuggington.' It features a diorama where kids can run Wilson, Koko, Brewster and friends, plus in-room tunnels and other playful details that make it a hit with train-loving kids.

A dedicated floor with Baby Rooms, Baby Deluxe Rooms and Baby Corner Rooms for ages 0-3, Kids Corner Rooms and Kids Deluxe Rooms for ages 3 through preschool, and Family Corner Suite Rooms for three-generation trips. Furniture corners are rounded and floors are soft, with educational toys and picture books provided.

A childcare service staffed by qualified nursery teachers, so parents can enjoy the onsen or spa treatments while their child is looked after with peace of mind.

The restaurant's lavish buffet of about 100 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes includes a dedicated 'Kids' Buffet Corner' set at children's eye level. The restaurant also offers commercial baby food by stage (5, 7, 9 and 12 months), and outside baby food may be brought in. Allergy accommodations can also be discussed.

Free rentals include: cribs, baby futons, bed guards, strollers, baby bathtubs, bath chairs, baby soap, toilet training seats, waterproof sheets, diaper bins, bottle washing sets, formula pots, hot water pots, microwaves, children's tableware and children's hangers. The gift shop also sells diapers, swim diapers, baby food and cube/canned formula. Bottle warmers, bed guards, children's comforters, children's summer blankets, kids' toothbrushes, bed-wetting pads, and other items are also available to borrow free of charge.

On-site activities include craft workshops for pottery, sun catchers, candles and music boxes, nature tours, a tennis court, a fitness room, a game corner, karaoke and bowling. Since 2023 there has also been a space where guests can interact with animals.
