About Kids Stay
Kids Stay is a hotel information site built to answer one question: can we go there with our children? For more than 2,100 properties across Japan we check the official website and the booking sites, one property at a time, and organize what they say into 51 family-related features, such as whether children who are not yet potty trained may use the baths and the pool, whether baby beds and bed rails can be borrowed, whether baby food and allergy requests are handled, and whether there is a kids space.
Most of our readers arrive by searching for a property name together with a word about traveling with children, and they have all but decided where to stay. We answer the questions that worry them before they book (the baths, the bedding, the food) with facts, and send them straight on to your page on a booking site or to your own website. The data we organize is also offered to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude as anofficial data connection (MCP).
About being listed
- Being listed, and having your listing corrected, is free.
- We write each listing ourselves, from the information published on your own website and on the booking sites (Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Ikyu.com and others). Photographs of the property are the images supplied through Rakuten Travel (Rakuten Web Service). Every property page shows the date we last checked it, and we review them every month.
- If anything is wrong or has changed (a closure, the facilities, the house rules), please tell us through the form below and we will check it and update the page promptly. If you would rather not be listed at all, that is something we can discuss as well.
