The entire 4th floor is given over to families with children. Rooms suited to different ages line the floor, including the animal-motif Safari Kids, Forest Baby for ages 0 to 3 only, and the Japanese-Western Classic Twin (Welcome Baby). The floor also has a formula-preparation room and free laundry machines.

An all-weather indoor play space behind the 1st-floor front desk, open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Each space has its own age group, and the soft-floored area is built so that even babies aged 0 can spend time there with peace of mind. There are wall-mounted wooden educational toys, a picture book corner and a table-play corner, while older children can move around on soft hills and play equipment. It is a place to play on rainy, cold or hot days, and staying guests can use it free of charge before check-in and after checkout.

An outdoor play area whose symbol is a large slide that catches the eye. It is divided into a kids' athletic course and a slide for younger children, so children can play according to their age. A lawn plaza opened as an outdoor space on the hotel grounds. Surrounded by the nature of each season, guests can spend the time quietly or enjoy activities together as a family.

An indoor lounge that opened on January 31, 2026, wrapped in the soft textures of wood and tatami. About 100 books on nature and travel, including picture books and children's books, and about 3,000 comics line the shelves, so parents and children can read together. There is also a digital drawing corner with a touch monitor, and the lounge can be used before check-in and after checkout whatever the weather. It is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with drinks served from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A kids' zone for children ages 2 to 6 who have not yet started elementary school. The natural design makes the most of the texture of the wood, and corners and edges are rounded for safety. It has a natural-wood slide and a rest area with tables and chairs where accompanying adults can sit comfortably.

An open-air garden pool included in the all-inclusive stay. There is a kids' area made shallower for children, so children who are new to water play, or about to be, can enjoy it with peace of mind. The 1st-floor shopping plaza also sells children's goods such as diapers, making it easy to cover anything left at home. It is open from 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; in 2026 the season runs from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31 and from Saturday, September 19 to Wednesday, September 23.

The onsen communal bath on the 1st floor has an open-air rock bath, the communal bath itself (the indoor bath uses heated water), a sauna and an onsen lounge for after your bath (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.). The changing area is stocked with a baby bed, a water cooler, a body-weight scale, hair dryers and fans, and the indoor bath with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, baby soap, a toddler chair and a care chair. The men's and women's baths are not swapped. Hours are 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. (last entry 10:30 a.m.) and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (last entry 10:30 p.m.).

A buffet venue using ingredients from the local Nasu Highlands. Children's chairs and children's cutlery are provided, and baby food is prepared to match the child's age in months. Allergens are labeled, so families can eat with peace of mind.
