The entire 4th floor is a floor for families with children. Rooms suited to different ages line the floor, including the animal-motif 'Safari Kids,' the 'Forest Baby' room for children aged 0-3 only, and the Japanese-Western 'Classic Twin (Welcome Baby)' room. The floor also has a formula-preparation room and free laundry machines.

An all-weather indoor play space just past the 1st floor front desk (open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.). Each area is divided by age, and the soft-floored area is designed so even babies aged 0 can play safely. There are wall-mounted educational toys with a warm wood feel, a picture-book corner and a table-play corner, while older children can move around on the soft hills and play equipment. It's a place to play safely on rainy, cold or hot days, and hotel guests can use it free of charge, including before check-in and after checkout.

An outdoor play area marked by an eye-catching large slide as its symbol. It's divided into kids' athletic equipment and a slide for younger children, so children of different ages can play. An outdoor lawn plaza open within the hotel grounds. Surrounded by nature through the seasons, it can be enjoyed in many ways, from a quiet moment to family activities. Free to use.

An indoor lounge wrapped in the soft texture of wood and tatami, which opened on January 31, 2026. It holds about 100 nature- and travel-related books, including picture books and children's books, plus about 3,000 comics, so parents and children can enjoy reading together. There is also a digital drawing corner with a touch monitor. Open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (drinks served 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.), and usable regardless of weather, including before check-in and after checkout.

A kids' zone for children aged 2 to 6 (preschool age). It has a natural design that makes use of wood's texture, with rounded, safety-conscious corner edges. It includes a natural wood-finish slide and a rest area with a table and chairs where accompanying adults can sit comfortably. Free to use.

An open-air garden pool included in the all-inclusive plan. There is a shallower kids' area, so children before and after their first swim can enjoy it safely too. The 1st floor shopping plaza also sells kids' items such as diapers, making it easy to cover anything you forgot. Open for summer only (in 2026: July 18 (Sat) to August 31 (Mon), and September 19 (Sat) to September 23 (Wed)), 10 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The communal onsen bath on the 1st floor. It has an open-air rock bath, an indoor bath (heated, non-source water), a sauna, and a post-bath onsen lounge (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.). The changing area keeps a crib, a water cooler, a body-weight scale, hairdryers and fans on hand, and the indoor bath keeps body soap, shampoo, conditioner, baby soap, a toddler chair and a care chair on hand. There is no swap between the men's and women's sides. Hours: 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. (last entry 10:30 a.m.) and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (last entry 10:30 p.m.).

A buffet venue using local Nasu Highlands ingredients. It is fully equipped with children's chairs and kids' cutlery, and baby food matched to your child's age in months is also available. Allergen labeling is provided, so families can eat with peace of mind.
