There are 8 room types: Single (16 sq m), Casual Double (19 sq m), Hollywood Queen (21 sq m), Hollywood Twin (21 sq m), Standard Twin (from 21 sq m), Standard Triple (22 sq m), Triple with a View of Mount Fuji (25 sq m), Fours with a View of Mount Fuji (26 sq m), and Japanese-style tatami rooms (8 tatami mats and 12 tatami mats, with a changing area and a powder room). The Hollywood Twin has a large 246 cm-wide bed, a layout that also handles co-sleeping for a family of 3 or 4. The two room types with Mount Fuji views are the Triple with a View of Mount Fuji and the Fours with a View of Mount Fuji. Rooms of twin size and above come with a negative-ion hair dryer. The amenities are POLA shampoo, conditioner and body soap.

The hotel has separate communal baths for men and women, open for bathing 24 hours a day. They are not large, but the baths use groundwater from Mount Fuji, and the hotel notes comments from guests that families can bathe there at a relaxed pace. Being able to bathe even after a late check-in is another convenience for families.

Kids' corner, children's sets and a Bumbo seat to borrow

The lobby has a kids' corner made up of a table, a desk and a springy cushioned mat, with picture books provided. Children can borrow a set of a children's yukata and children's slippers, and a Bumbo seat is available to borrow for babies and toddlers. In the lobby there is also a free-drink service with coffee, black tea and green tea, along with a microwave, an ice machine and a kettle, plus a coin laundry that is handy on longer stays (for a fee; detergent is sold at the front desk). Breakfast is served in the first-floor restaurant.

Access and parking

About 12 minutes by car from the Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway, about 7 minutes from the Fujiyoshida-Nishikatsura Smart IC, about 10 minutes by car from Fuji-Q Highland, and about 5 minutes by taxi from Mount Fuji Station. Parking is free for 35 standard cars; medium-size vehicles and larger are 2,000 yen, with a 2-ton limit, and large trucks and buses cannot enter. The front desk can also arrange courier delivery, fax (for a fee), copying (for a fee) and massage (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available throughout the building free of charge. Staying beyond the 10 a.m. checkout incurs an extension charge.
