Before You Go
Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and checkout from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The front desk is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Guests are asked to refrain from driving on the grounds between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Handheld fireworks, karaoke and generators are prohibited. Interiors are non-smoking, and outdoor shoes may not be worn inside.
Bringing Pets
Dogs are allowed in the Doggy Cottage only, for an additional 1,900 yen for the first dog and 600 yen for each dog after that. A combination vaccine covering at least 5 diseases and a rabies vaccination within the past 3 years are required, and dogs in heat may not be brought.
What to Expect from the Weather
The site sits at an elevation of about 990 m, so even in summer the nights can turn cold. The lowest temperature in January is -9.3°C, the highest in August is 26.0°C, and even in April the temperature drops to a low of 1.2°C. Families with children are advised to pack warm clothing and an extra layer whatever the season.

Yes. At dinner the menu differs for adults (junior high school age and above) and children (age 4 through elementary school), with a BBQ menu prepared for children. Breakfast is the same menu for adults and children.
