The Casual Twin is more compact than a regular twin room, at 15 sq m. Children of elementary school age and younger may co-sleep, with up to 2 children per bed. If a room for 2 guests is used by 1 adult with 1 elementary school child or 1 child who has not yet started elementary school, the rate for 2 adults applies.
Dining
Breakfast is a buffet provided free of charge, served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Dinner is also a buffet, served from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with last orders at 8:30 p.m., at 2,500 yen per person including tax. A crab buffet can be added to the dinner buffet, free for children under school age and at the adult rate for elementary school children and older. It is available by advance reservation only, and everyone in the same group must book it.
Baths and Onsen
The natural onsen communal bath on the top floor, the 6th, draws on Reisui no Yu, one of the spring sources in the Fujikawaguchiko onsen area, and the spring water is a simple onsen. It is open from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. the following morning, with separate baths for men and women. A parent and child of different genders who wish to bathe together need to use the private-hire bath, which is available from 4:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m., with reception closing at 7 p.m., for 3,000 yen per hour.

The hotel is about 5 minutes by car from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyuko Line and about 10 minutes by car from the Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Parking is free for 25 cars. A shuttle bus runs between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel, from the station to the hotel between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and from the hotel to the station between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., by reservation only. It does not run every day, so please check with the front desk in advance.
