There are 5 room types: Double, Casual Twin, Twin (facing Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi), Twin (on the side away from Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi) and Single. Bed widths are 140 cm in the Double, 100 cm in the Casual Twin, 120 cm in the Twin facing Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, 110 cm in the Twin on the opposite side, and 120 cm in the Single. At 15 sq m, the Casual Twin is more compact than a regular twin room. Children of elementary school age and younger can co-sleep, with up to 2 children per bed. If a room for 2 guests is used by 1 adult and 1 child, whether an elementary school child or a child who has not yet started elementary school, the rate for 2 adults applies.
Dining
Breakfast is a buffet provided free of charge, served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Dinner is also a buffet, served from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (last orders at 8:30 p.m.), at 2,500 yen per person including tax. A crab buffet can be added to the dinner buffet as an option, free for children under school age and at the adult rate for elementary school children and older. It is available by advance reservation only, and everyone in the same group must book it.
Baths and Onsen
The natural onsen communal bath on the 6th floor, the top floor, is fed by Reisui no Yu, one of the spring sources in the Fujikawaguchiko onsen area, and the spring water is a simple onsen. It is open from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. the following morning, with separate baths for men and women. If a parent and child of different genders want to bathe together, they need to use the private-hire bath. The private-hire bath is available from 4:15 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. (reception closes at 7 p.m.), at 3,000 yen per hour.

Co-sleeping is for children of elementary school age and younger. The child rate is free for children under school age and 2,000 yen including tax for elementary school children. Up to 2 children can co-sleep per bed, and bookings for more than that cannot be made. On the family plan with free co-sleeping, breakfast is a buffet, so there are no special dishes such as a kids' meal. Children's bedding is not provided either, so please bring your own. The guest-room televisions also carry a kids' channel.

The hotel is about 5 minutes by car from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyuko Line and about 10 minutes by car from the Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Parking is free for 25 cars. A shuttle bus runs between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel: from the station to the hotel between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and from the hotel to the station between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. (reservation only). It does not run every day, so please check with the front desk in advance. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m.
