It is a 7-8 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station on the Fujikyuko Line, with a free shuttle available by calling the ryokan on arrival at the station, and about 7 minutes by car from the Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway, with Fuji-Q Highland about 10 minutes away by car. Free parking for 40 cars is available.

The communal bath Kojo-buro, a view onsen, looks out over Lake Kawaguchi by day and the night view after dark, while the Lake Kawaguchi view open-air bath surrounds you with the scent of wood as you take in the lake and the Kachi Kachi Yama Ropeway. On the other side, the communal bath Unjo-buro and the Japanese-garden open-air bath frame the fresh greenery and autumn foliage of the seasons. The baths rotate between men and women, so guests can enjoy all of them. The spring water is a calcium-sodium sulfate and chloride spring (a hypotonic alkaline onsen). The baths can be used from check-in at 3 p.m. until checkout at 10 a.m., with a one-hour cleaning break from midnight, so bathing is possible almost around the clock. Day-use bathing is also available for 1,500 yen, with bath towels at 300 yen and face towels at 200 yen.
Rooms
All rooms have been renovated as modern Japanese-style tatami rooms, each with a shower or a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, plus a refrigerator, heating and air conditioning, yukata, bath towels and tenugui hand towels. The calm atmosphere makes for an unhurried stay.

Dinner centers on creative kaiseki cuisine made with local ingredients, with a varied lineup that also includes a 90-minute all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu and sukiyaki plan and a beef steak kaiseki set. Meals are served in the dining area, and the dishes vary with the season.
