The Kurofune Suite (127 sq m) in the East Wing has three baths reserved for the room alone - a sauna, a cypress bath and an open-air rock bath - and sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 in the bedroom and futon bedding laid for 4 in the living room. The Junior Suite (79-80 sq m) and East Wing B (65 sq m, 12.5 tatami mats), also in the East Wing, have a Meiseki open-air bath and a cypress indoor bath. The Center Tower has standard 12-tatami Japanese-style tatami rooms, and the West Wing has standard Japanese-style tatami rooms of 8 to 10 tatami mats; the West Wing rooms have a toilet but no bath, so guests cannot bathe in the room and use the communal bath instead. Dinner is served between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and the dining venues include both private rooms and a banquet hall. Children's menus are available at both dinner and breakfast. Rates for children under school age are 2,750 yen for ages 0 to 3 with no meals and no futon, 4,400 yen for ages 0 to 3 with no meals and a futon, and 50% to 70% of the adult rate for ages 4 to 6, with meals and a futon included. If a child aged 2 or 3 is booked without meals, an additional 2,200 yen per child is charged for the breakfast buffet. The seventh-floor communal baths, Umihara no Yu and Nagisa no Yu, are separated by gender, and each has an indoor bath and an open-air bath. Both use simple onsen water that is gentle on the skin. Reaching the communal bath does mean going down about 30 steps, so take care if you are moving around with a stroller or with small children. Rooms in the detached buildings and the East Wing have an open-air bath fed by the onsen and an indoor bath of heated water, so you can soak in onsen water in your room as well. The bath types here also include a family bath.

Parking is in the basement and free of charge, but there is a 2.3 m height limit and the number of spaces is limited, so each room is allotted one space. In summer, from late July to late August, a shuttle runs to nearby Sotoura Beach, leaving the hotel at 9:45 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.; the 4:30 p.m. run is for pickup only. The one-way trip takes about 5 minutes.
