Bed-type rooms such as the Concept Twin and the Comfort Twin have only 2 beds, so they are intended for 2 adults, with children co-sleeping.

Dinner and breakfast are both buffet-style at KILOHANA, the restaurant on the 4th floor. Dinner runs between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. in 90-minute seatings, and breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Dinner features around 60 dishes making generous use of seafood and mountain produce, with something for everyone from adults to children. The restaurant also has children's chairs.

All the water in the building, including the baths in the guest rooms, is Atagawa onsen water: 100% natural spring water (with water added), flowing straight from the source. The communal bath has two open-air baths with distinct characters, Tsukiakari no Yu and Mana, and men and women swap between them so you can enjoy both. The jungle spa Pau is an onsen surrounded by living tropical plants, with 9 tubs and a slide - a real hit with children. Expectant guests and babies and toddlers can bathe with peace of mind, and the communal bath is equipped with a baby bath.

The climb from the nearest station, Izu-Atagawa Station, up to the hotel is steep, so the free shuttle from the station is recommended (running as needed from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., no reservation required). Do note that the pool, the jungle spa and the Mana communal bath all involve stairs, and the building is not fully barrier-free.
