You can choose rooms on the Mount Fuji side or the amusement park side, including a 54 sq m Family room that sleeps up to 6. Cribs are provided free of charge, but only in Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms, and babies and toddlers can also co-sleep. Fujiyama Onsen, the natural hot spring next door, is closed for the time being because of the earthquake, so if bathing is a reason for your trip, checking in advance is recommended.
Rooms
There are several room types on the Mount Fuji side and on the amusement park side. On the Mount Fuji side there is a 54 sq m Family room that sleeps up to 6, laid out to work well for three-generation trips. Because of the bed size, babies cannot co-sleep in a Double room, so families with children who have not yet started elementary school are better suited to a twin type, or to the Fujiyama Suite, where futon bedding is used for 3 or more guests. A crib is available to borrow free of charge, but it can only be provided in Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin rooms. Children's accommodation charges apply from age 3, and babies and toddlers younger than that can only be booked on a co-sleeping basis.

Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet at Fujiyama Terrace on the 4th floor: 3,000 yen for adults, 2,100 yen for elementary school children, 1,200 yen for preschool-age children (ages 3 and over) and free for ages 2 and under. The lunch and dinner buffets, also at Fujiyama Terrace, are 3,800 to 7,000 yen for adults. Children's rates are set higher than at breakfast: 2,700 to 4,700 yen for elementary school children, 1,300 to 2,400 yen for children from age 3 until they start elementary school, and free for children under 3. The Japanese restaurant Kokorogi has 2 private rooms available for a fee, one for 6 guests and one for 10, which you can use if you would like to eat without worrying about other guests. Each restaurant has a kids' menu, but the contents differ from one restaurant to another, so please check with the reservation center in advance. Food allergies can be accommodated at the restaurants and banquet halls, but the breakfast and dinner buffets are not covered. Room service is not available apart from the Thomas Party Set, which is only for guests staying in a Thomas Room. If you would like to eat in another type of room, you order from the takeout menu at Macaroni Club on the 1st floor.
Baths and Onsen
Fujiyama Onsen, the natural hot spring next to the hotel, has 7 kinds of baths, including an open-air bath, as well as a private-hire bath (3,300 yen for 45 minutes, reservation required by the day before). Children wearing diapers may use only the vanadium bath and the baby bath within the communal bath. However, after the earthquake on June 26, 2026, damage was found in parts of the facility, and it remains closed for the time being while repairs and safety checks continue. During the closure, guests can use the communal bath at the sister hotel, Hotel Mount Fuji, free of charge, but no shuttle bus runs there, so you need to travel by private car or taxi.

A nursing room for guests traveling with babies is provided on the lobby floor (1st floor). There are 10 Thomas Rooms themed on Thomas the Tank Engine, and guests staying in them can also use a meal service called the Thomas Party Set. In the character rooms, the number of children co-sleeping is left to the guests' own judgment as long as it does not exceed the number of beds, but co-sleeping is not accepted for children of elementary school age and older, even in the character rooms.
Access
The hotel adjoins Fuji-Q Highland, and the park entrance gate is a 5-minute walk away through the connecting passage on the hotel's basement floor. Staying guests get priority entry from 15 minutes before opening on both the day of their stay and the following day, and tickets for plans that include an all-day pass can be picked up at the front desk even before check-in. Parking for 180 cars is free for staying guests and can be used at any time during your stay. The hotel is next to the Kawaguchiko IC on the Chuo Expressway, and 5 minutes by taxi from Fujisan Station on the Fujikyuko Line, reached via Otsuki Station on the JR Chuo Line. Late checkout is available free of charge.
