Baths and Onsen
The hotel draws Lake Yamanaka Onsen water, known as Bijin-no-yu (the bath of beauty) and Bihada-no-yu (the bath for beautiful skin), with soft alkaline spring water. The onsen communal bath and open-air bath are on the first and second floors, open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to midnight, and the open-air bath and sauna swap between men and women from day to day. There are stairs and steps on the way to the communal bath, so take care if you are moving around with a stroller. Guests with tattoos may bathe only if the tattoos can be covered with two 8 cm x 10 cm cover seals.

A free shuttle bus, which requires advance reservation, runs between Asahigaoka (Lake Yamanaka Terminal) and the hotel and takes about 15 minutes. Parking is free for staying guests, with space for 100 cars.
