All 105 guest rooms are 41 sq m or larger, giving the whole family room to spread out. Room types are varied. Alongside the Superior Room Twin (2-4 guests, 18 rooms) and the Superior Room King (2-3 guests, 14 rooms), there are Japanese-style tatami rooms with a 10-tatami area and Japanese-Western rooms that combine tatami and beds in a single room. There are also Premier Rooms with their own onsen bath, where you can have Lake Yamanaka Onsen all to yourselves, and 67 sq m Executive Suites (2 guests, 2 rooms). For 3 guests an extra bed is provided, and for 4 guests an extra bed and a sofa bed. Twin beds measure 120 x 200 cm, king beds 180 x 200 cm, and extra beds 95 x 187 cm.

Breakfast is served buffet-style from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. A children's menu is available, and child chairs and baby cots can be used too, though quantities are limited. Baby food is not provided, so please bring your own if you need it. Food allergies can be accommodated; let the hotel know at least 3 days before your stay, using a dedicated sheet or similar.
Baths and Onsen
The hotel draws water from Lake Yamanaka Onsen, known as Bijin-no-yu (the bath of beauty) and Bihada-no-yu (the bath for beautiful skin), and its soft, alkaline spring water is its defining feature. The onsen communal bath and open-air bath are on the first and second floors, open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to midnight. The open-air bath and sauna swap between men and women from day to day. There are stairs and steps on the way to the communal bath, so take care if you are getting around with a stroller. Guests with tattoos may bathe only if the tattoos can be covered with two 8 cm x 10 cm cover seals.

By car, the hotel is about 10 km from the Yamanakako Interchange on the Higashi-Fuji-Goko Road, reached via the Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. A free shuttle bus runs between Asahigaoka (Lake Yamanaka Terminal) and the hotel by advance reservation, taking about 15 minutes. Parking is free for staying guests, with space for 100 cars. Early check-in is available from 2 p.m., and late checkout until noon.
