The rooftop open-air bath Fujisan on the 10th floor is a spectacular bath whose three tiers all look out on Mount Fuji, with the top tier built as a reclining bath. The indoor communal bath Akafuji has a reclining bath, a bubble bath, a jet bath, a sauna and a cold-water bath filled with underground water from Mount Fuji, where you can enjoy the natural, highly alkaline pH 10.3 onsen.

Hotel Kaneyamaen stands in Kamiyoshida, Fujiyoshida, a large onsen ryokan set in a Japanese garden of more than 20,000 tsubo (a traditional Japanese unit of land area). Rooms
The room types range from purely Japanese in style to Japanese-Western, including the VIP suite, the new rooms with an open-air bath at Seseragi-tei Sanri, and rooms in Yuraku Yamabikotei, Miyama-tei and Katsuratei. You can choose a room with its own open-air bath, or one of the more spacious Japanese-style tatami rooms that suit families.
Dining
Several dining styles are available: the open-kitchen Shikisai Dining Mikuri, Sansan Dining Sakuya, Shunsai Dining Musubi, a private dining room, or in-room dining. At the breakfast buffet and in the kaiseki courses you can taste Yamanashi specialties and regional dishes such as Koshu beef, Fujinosuke, Yoshida udon, Oshino soba and Koshu hoto noodles.
