Dinner is served in two fixed seatings, at 5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., with the venue open from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The menu is a creative one based on Japanese cuisine, with dishes that change from season to season. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Children's meals depend on how the child is registered: on the 70% rate they receive a course meal similar to the adults', and on the 50% rate a kids' meal. For food dislikes and allergies, an additional charge may apply depending on what is requested, and requests may not be able to be accommodated on the day.
Baths
Alongside the indoor communal baths, which are separate for men and women, there are open-air baths laid out in the style of a Japanese garden, Miraku no Yu and Kiraku no Yu; the two swap between men and women in the morning and the evening. Miraku no Yu has an open-air whirlpool bath, and there is an indoor sauna next to the communal bath. The spring water is a weakly alkaline simple spring. Children who are not yet out of diapers are asked to refrain from using the communal bath.

Guests arriving by car are welcome, and parking is free. It is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the Odakyu Romancecar, and about 1 hour from Tokyo Station by Shinkansen via Odawara.
