Rooms

All 43 rooms look out over Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. The standard Japanese-style tatami rooms are 12.5 tatami mats, each with a broad window-side space, and there are also antechamber-type tatami rooms with a 10-tatami main room plus a 6-tatami antechamber. Nine rooms, including the special rooms, are Japanese-Western rooms with beds; the Japanese-Western room with a 12-tatami area plus twin beds sleeps up to 6 guests. Rooms with their own open-air bath (onsen) are on the 3rd and 2nd floors, so you can soak in an open-air bath without leaving your room. The Corner Terrace Twin and the Western-style Twin sleep up to 2, and the Japanese-Modern Triple and the Counter Room Triple sleep up to 3. The 2nd-floor Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath (an 8-tatami area plus twin beds) sleeps up to 4, and the 12-tatami Japanese-style tatami room with an open-air bath and a doma (earthen-floor) balcony sleeps up to 5. The Japanese-Western room with a footbath (an 8-tatami area plus twin beds) and the 12.5-tatami Japanese-style tatami room with an onsen footbath each sleep up to 6, while the 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami room with an onsen footbath, which has no indoor bath, sleeps up to 3.
