This separate communal bath for men and women uses natural onsen water drawn from calcium-sodium sulfate spring water that rises from an on-site source. It is in the part of the property closest to Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi and has indoor baths and open-air baths. The men's open-air bath also has a small outdoor bath with non-onsen water. Hours are from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. the following morning, but it is unavailable from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. for cleaning and inspection. Towels are not provided in the communal bath or private-hire baths; guests should bring the in-room YUKAGO basket containing a towel and bath towel.

Free parking for 70 cars is available, although surrounding roads can be congested during busy periods, so arriving by train is recommended. From around December through March, snowfall and icy road surfaces are possible, and winter tires or chains are required to be fitted or carried. Check-in is from 3 p.m., and checkout is until 11 a.m.
