Its 24 rooms come in 8 types, including family rooms and deluxe family rooms that sleep up to 5. The communal baths use high-quality alkaline simple onsen water. The Japanese-style tatami room and the Standard Twin with double beds have no bathroom in the room, so guests bathe in the communal bath or use a shower booth outside the room. Up to 2 children can co-sleep, and children ages 3 and under booked without meals or bedding stay free of charge. Babysitting is not available.

Dining

The restaurant Raisin D'or offers a wide selection of wines, a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture, and views of majestic Mount Fuji while you dine. Breakfast is a Western-style meal whose highlights are a soft, creamy omelet and a fresh vegetable salad; it is normally served from 8 a.m., and from either 7:30 a.m. or 9 a.m. during busy periods. Dinner is a French course menu, with options such as the Blessings of the Land course and the Seasonal course. When a booking is made at the child rate, dinner is served as a children's menu; guests who want their child to have the same dinner as adults need to book at the adult rate. Food allergies are handled on an individual basis, so please confirm when booking.

Baths and Onsen

There are 2 communal baths, open from 3 p.m. to midnight and again from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. They use water from Yamanakako Onsen Benifuji no Yu, an exceptionally high-quality alkaline simple onsen. It is known as a bijin no yu, or beauty bath, said to help remove impurities and dead skin. There is no private-hire bath.
