Rooms
A total of 18 rental cottages in 7 types are scattered across a south-facing wooded hillside on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. Every cottage has a kitchen, a bath with a shower and a toilet with a washing function. Bring your own ingredients and seasonings and you can enjoy cottage life, cooking for yourselves with the kitchen equipment, which includes tableware, a rice cooker, a refrigerator and a microwave. Several layouts are worth a look for families with several children. Some have bunk beds: one combines a 4.5-mat Japanese-style tatami room, a Western-style room with 1 bunk bed and 3 beds, and an eat-in kitchen, and another has two Western-style twin rooms plus 2 bunk beds, 2 beds, a dining area and a kitchen. Others have a loft, such as a Japanese-style tatami room with a loft, two Western-style rooms with 4 beds, and an eat-in kitchen. Each group can have up to 20 guests. Please note that there is no cleaning service, even on multi-night stays.
Baths
Every cottage has a bath with a shower, and one of the cottage types also has a 1,000-liter family bath (not a jetted bath). The view bath with an open-air bath in the main building is not available to guests staying in the rental cottages.
Dining
Besides cooking for yourselves in each cottage's kitchen, you can book a barbecue meal for parties of 4 or more. It includes 150 g of Koshu Wine Beef, 1 jumbo frankfurter, vegetables, onigiri (rice balls), yakisoba (fried noodles), cooking oil and sauce, with barbecue equipment provided, for 3,900 yen per person including consumption tax. Barbecue equipment can also be rented with a reservation: a full set for up to 8 people, including a barbecue table, a barbecue grill and 3 kg of charcoal, costs 5,900 yen per set including consumption tax and can be used from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Because the property is in woodland, barbecuing is not permitted anywhere except the designated barbecue area.
Family-Friendly Features

There is a cap on co-sleeping children per cottage: up to 2 in cottages for 5 guests or fewer, and up to 3 in cottages for 6 guests or more. Accommodation plans have children's rates.
