A total of 18 rental cottages in 7 types are scattered across a south-facing wooded hillside by the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. Every cottage has a kitchen, a bath with a shower and a toilet with a bidet function, so if you bring your own ingredients and seasonings you can settle into cottage life and cook for yourselves with the kitchen equipment, which includes tableware, a rice cooker, a refrigerator and a microwave. Some layouts have bunk beds, such as a 4.5-mat Japanese-style tatami room plus a Western-style room with 1 bunk bed and 3 beds and a dining kitchen, or two Western-style twin rooms plus 2 bunk beds and 2 beds with a dining area and a kitchen. Others have a loft, such as a Japanese-style tatami room with a loft plus two Western-style rooms with 4 beds and a dining kitchen. These are useful reference points for families with several siblings choosing a cottage. The maximum party size is 20 guests. Please note in advance that there is no cleaning service, even on stays of more than one night.

Dining
Alongside cooking for yourselves in each cottage's kitchen, there is a barbecue meal that can be booked for parties of 4 or more: 150 g of Koshu Wine Beef, 1 jumbo frankfurter, vegetables, onigiri rice balls, yakisoba fried noodles, cooking oil and sauce, with barbecue equipment included, at 3,900 yen per person including consumption tax. Barbecue equipment can also be rented with a reservation - a full set for up to 8 people, including a barbecue table, a barbecue grill and 3 kg of charcoal, at 5,900 yen per set including consumption tax, and available from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Because the property sits in woodland, barbecuing is not permitted anywhere other than the designated barbecue area.
