The baths are indoor baths only, one for men and one for women (not onsen, with jet baths), and are open 24 hours a day. Every guest room except one mountain-side Japanese-style tatami room looks out over Lake Yamanaka. Fuji-Q Highland, Hana no Miyako Park and Oshino Hakkai are easy to reach by car.
A small kid-friendly pension with 8 rooms, set on a rise looking down over Lake Yamanaka. It makes the most of its sweeping view of the lake: from the lounge, the baths and every guest room except one mountain-side Japanese-style tatami room, you can look out over the water of Lake Yamanaka and the mountains around it.

■Guest rooms There are 3 Western-style rooms (one 16-tatami quad and two twins with a terrace), 3 Japanese-style tatami rooms (one on the mountain side and two on the Lake Yamanaka side, each 7.5 tatami mats), and 2 Japanese-Western rooms. The quad sleeps up to 5 guests. The Japanese-Western rooms and the two-room Japanese-style suite give families extra space, so even families with young children can settle in with peace of mind on the tatami. Guest rooms and corridors are non-smoking. A TV, yukata, slippers and other items are provided, and a hair dryer and a fax machine are available to borrow.
