Meals are served at the buffet restaurant Fontainebleau, where both breakfast and dinner feature dishes cooked to order at the open kitchen. Dinner includes beef steak, kushiage (deep-fried skewers) and sushi, along with the traditional Kowakien ramen and Kowakien curry. A kids' menu and children's tableware and cutlery are provided, making it easy for three generations to eat together. Baby food can be warmed on request. Because meals are served buffet-style, the restaurant cannot accommodate allergies, but you may bring your own baby food and have it warmed.
