forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.31 out of 5 (638 reviews). Guests say they were pleased that staff paid attention to their children at check-in and even gave them a toy. Others write that the room was spacious enough even with an extra bed, and that the recently completed hotel is very clean. One thing to keep in mind: places to eat dinner within walking distance are limited, and in one case during the Obon summer holiday, nearby restaurants were already closed by around 8 p.m.
