Size and capacity vary by room type. The Western-style room on the pine grove side is 44 sq m for 1-4 guests, with 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds. The maisonette room, which has a mezzanine level, is 87 sq m for 2-6 guests, with 4 single beds and 2 sofa beds. The ocean-side Japanese-style tatami room has 10 tatami mats and sleeps 1-5 guests. For families with small children, there are 4 Baby Friendly Rooms and 1 Baby Friendly Deluxe Room, each with a permanently installed crib and a king-size bed about 30 cm high that allows co-sleeping. The tatami areas use Allerbuster tatami along with cushion flooring, and corner guards are fitted to the corners of furniture and pillars. All guest rooms are non-smoking and have air purifiers. Baby body soap is provided in every guest room as well as in the communal bath and the private-hire open-air baths.

Guests choose between the buffet and a Japanese course at the private dining room MIRAI; in-room dining was discontinued in March 2023. The onsen communal bath Umi no Kairo has an open-air bath, indoor baths and a sauna, and staying guests can use it from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and from 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. There are 3 private-hire open-air baths, and advance reservation is recommended. Some rooms on the premium floors, 32 in all, have an onsen open-air bath in the room. Children in the first grade of elementary school and older use the gender-separated communal baths. Children who are not yet out of diapers cannot get into the bathtubs, but a baby bath is available to borrow. The communal bath also keeps children's items such as a baby bed, a baby bath and a bath thermometer, and children of elementary school age and younger cannot enter the sauna room.

Access
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Awa-Kamogawa Station on the JR Sotobo Line, and a 1-minute walk from the Kamogawa Grand Hotel Mae highway bus stop. The shuttle from the station requires a phone reservation in advance but is free of charge. There is parking for 100 cars, free for staying guests and with no reservation needed. Kamogawa Sea World is about 800 meters away, and the shuttle runs once a day in each direction. Maebara Beach, the nearest swimming beach, is about a 15-minute walk away.
