Guest Rooms
All rooms have their own bath and toilet; in-room bathtubs use regular tap water, not onsen water. Room types include the Standard Room (about 34 sq m, sleeps up to 4), the Special Room (about 50 sq m, sleeps up to 6), Deluxe Ocean and Deluxe Theater rooms, and Colorful Standard rooms, among others. There is also a wide variety of theme rooms: kids' themed rooms (ocean, forest, and sky themes with a climbing wall, jungle gym, and educational toys), railway and bus rooms (Kominato Railway, Isumi Railway, steam-locomotive rooms, and more), a Chiba Lotte Marines room, and the Phiten Room (6th floor), which uses Phiten technology.

Two dedicated kids' pools are 30 cm and 40 cm deep, and the indoor Aqua Park has a water slide and runs year-round; the outdoor Garden Pool (a 250-meter lazy river) is open in summer only, June 13 to September 27, 2026. Children who are not yet toilet-trained are asked to wear swim pants (a swim diaper) along with their swimsuit.
