Rooms
Most guest rooms are spacious 10-tatami Japanese-style tatami rooms where you can relax while looking out over the Pacific. There is one Western-style special room in a corner of the top (5th) floor, Room 501 of about 12 tatami mats, and one Japanese-style special room in a corner of the 4th floor, Room 401 of about 12 tatami mats; both have a bathroom and toilet. The two connecting 8-tatami Japanese-style rooms, Room 307, take up to 7 guests and suit families well. The standard 10-tatami rooms and the special rooms take 2 to 5 guests, and the connecting rooms take 6 to 7. All guest rooms have been non-smoking since April 2019. Rooms are furnished with a step stool for the washbasin, a children's toilet seat, children's slippers and hangers, and a basket for stroller storage. For children ages 0 to 3 who will use a futon, one set can be provided on request for 1,100 yen including tax.

Both dinner and breakfast are buffets at Restaurant Mermaid on basement level 1. Dinner offers Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes and breakfast offers Japanese and Western dishes, with a good selection of children's dishes and desserts. Baby food is provided free of charge for young children; order it when you book, or simply ask the restaurant staff during the meal. Strollers may be brought into the restaurant, and a bib for young children is handed out at no charge on arrival. Next to the restaurant is a playroom, an open space with no dedicated staff on hand, available from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at dinner time and from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at breakfast time.
Baths and onsen
The communal bath uses the natural hot spring Kamogawa Onsen Nagisa no Yu. The spring water is a simple sulfur cold mineral spring, weakly alkaline. The evening session runs from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the following morning, and the morning session from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. Children of elementary school age and older use the bath for their own gender. A baby bath is provided for children who are not yet out of diapers, the changing room has a baby playpen and a baby bed, and the bathing area has a baby chair, toys and baby soap. Guest rooms also have an en-suite bathroom, but it does not use onsen water.

In summer, from early July to early September, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., staying guests can also use the garden pool: the children's pool is 4 m in diameter and 50 cm deep, and the adults' pool is 15 m long by 6.5 m wide and 120 cm deep. A guided tour of the aquarium after closing, the Night Aquarium Exploration, is held daily for staying guests; it costs 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children from age 4 through elementary school age, and you can sign up at the front desk on the day.
Access
The nearest station is Awa-Kamogawa Station on the JR Sotobo Line, about 2 hours from Tokyo Station by limited express train. A free shuttle bus bound for Kamogawa Sea World runs from the west exit of Awa-Kamogawa Station and takes about 5 minutes to the stop in front of the hotel. Free parking for staying guests, with 70 spaces, is also available.
