The spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring. A free shuttle bus runs from the East Exit of Sendai Station with advance reservation.

All-weather indoor heated pool (4th floor, main building; open year-round)

A sunlit dome-shaped pool, open all year apart from 4 scheduled maintenance periods annually. Staying guests can use it free of charge from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and day visitors from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a fee. Swimsuit rental is 300 yen (children's sizes 110-150 cm; adult sizes S-XL), and inflatable rings are available to borrow free of charge in limited numbers. The water slide is for children ages 3 through elementary school. Children swimming must be accompanied by a guardian.
