The Western-style Twin with Airweave (no open-air bath) is 30 sq m, sleeps 1 to 2 guests, and has two beds measuring 120 cm wide by 190 cm long. Rooms with an open-air bath include the Open-Air Bath Room Assigned by the Hotel (1 to 6 guests), the Japanese-style tatami room with an in-room open-air bath (1 to 6 guests), the Japanese-Western room with an in-room open-air bath (1 to 6 guests), and the Japanese-Modern Suite with an open-air bath (1 to 2 guests, with no indoor bath but an in-room open-air bath, a washing area and a rain shower). Children cannot be accommodated in rooms for 2 guests, so families choose from the room types that have an open-air bath and a larger capacity.

Dinner and breakfast are both buffets at seasons, the restaurant in the main Hotel Zuiho building. Dinner is normally served in two seatings, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., but guests staying at Sakura Rikyu have the privilege of coming at any time they like within the opening hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant provides children's tableware and chairs as well as a free soft-drink corner.
