There is no communal bath, onsen, sauna or private-hire bath on the property. Every guest room has an en-suite bathroom, and bath towels and towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided in all rooms. This is a room-only hotel meant simply as a base for sleeping, and families who want an onsen often visit a day-use hot spring such as Fujiyama Onsen, a few minutes away by car.

All guest rooms are twin rooms, with two queen-size beds measuring over 1.5 m wide in a 25 sq m space. The bath and toilet are separate, with a bathtub roomy enough to stretch out your legs and a toilet with a bidet function. The rooms sleep 1 to 4 guests, and children's rates are set as well. An extra bed (single size, 2,200 yen per night) can be added, but only one per room and stock is limited, and extra beds cannot be added on bookings made through Rakuten Travel. Cribs and bed guards are not available, but the beds can be moved, so you can push one against the wall.
Dining
There is no restaurant and no room service on the property, so you will either eat somewhere nearby or bring in a bento or other food. Cooking inside the building is not allowed, to prevent fire and cooking smells. After check-in you can come and go as you please, and there is no need to leave your key. From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., you can enjoy a light breakfast of bread with coffee, green tea, black tea and juice free of charge in the lounge.
Baths
There is no communal bath or other bathing facility, so you use the bathroom in your own room. It has a generous bathtub with room to stretch out your legs.
