Rooms
Guest rooms come with a choice of two views: the Mount Fuji side and the Hakone side. The Hakone-side Single Room is 15.50 sq m, looking down on Gotemba Station and out across mountain scenery including Mount Kintoki and Otome Pass. On the Mount Fuji side there are the Deluxe Single Room (17.18 sq m), the Standard Twin Room (28.32 sq m) and the Deluxe Twin Room (35 sq m). The Deluxe Twin Room has two semi-double beds, and with its built-in sofa bed and an extra bed it sleeps up to 4 guests, which makes it a good fit for a family sharing one room. Every accommodation plan has children's rates, and co-sleeping for preschool-age children and infants (under elementary school age) requires advance consultation with the hotel. Do note that the cabin-style simple lodging plan, which is mainly room-only, cannot be used with elementary school children or children under school age.

Breakfast is a Japanese-and-Western buffet, and a drink bar is available with it. It is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last orders at 9:30 a.m. The price is 1,000 yen for junior high school students and older and 550 yen for elementary school children, and it is free for children under school age.

The relaxation room on basement level 1 has a kids' space, and the same floor has a corner with beanbag cushions and massage chairs. The recreation corner on the 3rd floor offers table tennis, Othello and card games free of charge; just let the front desk staff know when you would like to use them. Guest rooms are equipped with an air purifier that has a humidifying function (not provided in the Gold Cabin type), which helps when traveling with a baby in a dry season. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom in the building, and guest rooms have Western-style toilets. Plans are also available that extend the usual 11 a.m. checkout to 12 p.m.
