Dinner is a kaiseki course at 19,000 yen before tax, and breakfast is a set menu at 4,000 yen before tax; both require advance reservation. Dinner service is scheduled to end on December 30, 2026, with only breakfast served from January 2027 onward. As for allergies, the ryokan cannot remove seasonings containing soy or wheat, the bonito and kelp stock that is fundamental to Japanese cuisine, or seafood in general, and it cannot provide low-salt, vegetarian or vegan meals.
