A summer-only outdoor pool (scheduled for July 10 to September 6, 2026), measuring 25 m long, 15 m wide and 110 to 120 cm deep. Staying guests can use it free of charge from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. the next morning; at other times (11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. the following day) there is a charge of 1,100 to 2,200 yen for adults and 550 to 1,100 yen for children from age 2 through the sixth grade of elementary school. There is no children's pool, and children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Arima Onsen Ginsuiso Choraku is the only ryokan in Arima Onsen with sources for both the gold spring (kinsen) and the silver spring (ginsen). Guest rooms are mainly Japanese-style tatami rooms starting from 32 sq m, and dinner is generally served in your room, so you can spend the evening with your children without worrying about other guests. Strollers and cribs are available to borrow free of charge, and in summer staying guests can use the outdoor pool free of charge during designated hours. The private-hire open-air bath is limited to guests aged 7 and over, so families with babies and toddlers will bathe mainly in the communal bath. The Arima Onsen town center is about a 15-minute walk away, and a free shuttle is available as well.
Rooms
Guest rooms are mainly Japanese-style tatami rooms. Standard rooms are about 32 to 34 sq m and sleep 1 to 4 guests. Deluxe rooms, either a single Japanese-style tatami room or a Japanese-style twin, are about 40 to 60 sq m and sleep 2 to 5 guests. The higher-grade suites are about 60 to 90 sq m and sleep 2 to 9 guests. The detached Bettei Shiki has only 3 rooms, and children aged 12 and under cannot stay there.
Dining
Dinner is generally served in your room, so you can enjoy the meal with your children without worrying about those around you. Breakfast is Japanese-style as standard, and it can be changed to a Western breakfast. For children, a kids' meal plan (50% of the adult rate) or a children's kaiseki plan (70% of the adult rate) is available, each including dinner, breakfast and futon bedding. Children of junior high school age and above pay the same rate as adults. Children from age 0 to under 2 stay free of charge, and for children aged 2 and over staying without meals or bedding there is a facility fee of 3,300 yen. If anyone has a food allergy, contact the ryokan at least 3 days in advance and they will accommodate it as far as they can.

This ryokan has both a gold spring (kinsen) and a silver spring (ginsen), a combination that is rare even in Arima. Its own gold spring source and the radon silver spring can be enjoyed across 10 tubs in the communal bath and the open-air bath Kunugi no Yu. Kunugi no Yu has a standing bath, a jacuzzi and a steam bath, and the communal bath also has a sauna. There is a private-hire open-air bath as well (5,500 yen), but it is limited to guests aged 7 and over, so families with babies and toddlers will bathe mainly in the communal bath and the open-air bath.
