Guests enjoy kinsen and spectacular views of the Rokko mountains from the top-floor panoramic communal bath, and the hotel is well equipped with an indoor pool, private-hire baths the whole family can use, an esthetic salon and other facilities. Arima's largest garden pool is divided into 3 areas with depths of 60 cm, 110 cm and 120 cm. Staying guests can use it free of charge, and a simple pool is provided for children who wear diapers. The changing rooms are equipped with hot-water showers.

The Japanese-Western rooms in the Central Building are 87 sq m and sleep 2 to 7 guests, pairing a Japanese-style tatami room furnished with kozaisu (raised low chairs) with a Western-style bedroom. The Japanese-Western rooms in the North Building are 74 sq m for 2 to 7 guests. On the fifth floor of the North Building, the twin room with a kinsen (golden spring water) open-air bath is 74 sq m for 2 guests and has its own open-air bath fed with kinsen. The special room at Bessho Yura is 184 sq m for 2 to 6 guests and comes with a ginsen (silver spring water) open-air bath and a healing pool. There are also reasonably priced 20 sq m compact double and twin rooms for 1 to 2 guests, so room sizes and rates span a wide range.

For children, the club floor restaurant Dining Jibunji Kei serves the Ran children's set meal for children in the middle and upper grades of elementary school and the Take kids' meal for children in the lower grades. In-room dining in the Central Building and the other venues likewise offer a children's set meal for the middle and upper grades and a kids' meal for the lower grades. The hotel accommodates food allergies, pregnancy, ongoing medication and religious dietary restrictions as far as it can, and the ingredients concerned and the number of guests must be reported at least 3 days in advance. For children, a special menu excluding the 9 specified allergenic ingredients is also prepared. However, because ingredients containing allergens are cooked in the same kitchen, the hotel cannot provide complete removal of allergens or prevent cross-contamination.
Baths and Onsen
Unkai, the top-floor panoramic bathing area, covers 700 tsubo (a traditional Japanese measure of floor area) and lets you enjoy both kinsen and ginsen in open-air baths. There is also a communal bath, Yurari, on the second basement floor. Three private-hire family baths are available: Akebono and Asahi, both filled with kinsen, and Yubae, which has an open-air bath and views of the sunset (it is not fed by the hot spring). Akebono and Asahi cost 2,750 yen for 45 minutes and 3,850 yen for 90 minutes, and Yubae costs 2,200 yen for 45 minutes and 3,300 yen for 90 minutes; reservations are required, and day-use visitors cannot use them. Following a revision to Kobe City's public bathhouse ordinance, the age at which mixed bathing is restricted was lowered to 7 and over as of April 1, 2024, so children aged 7 and over cannot enter the bathing area for the opposite gender. Small, one-point tattoos may be covered with a 10 cm x 10 cm cover seal in order to bathe.
