Room types are Standard Japanese-style tatami rooms of 12, 16 and 28 tatami mats, a Superior Japanese-style tatami room of 12 tatami mats, a Superior Japanese-Western twin room of 7.5 tatami mats (some of which come with a living room), Economy Twin and Economy Single rooms; all are non-smoking and have an indoor bath. The Japanese-style tatami rooms come in 12, 16 and 28 tatami mats, so you can choose one to suit the size of your family. Room equipment includes a television, an electric hot-water kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a humidifier and a toilet with a washing function, and an iron is available to borrow. Children aged 3 and over are charged, booked with meals and futon bedding. For a child under 3 for whom you would like to add a futon, there is an additional charge of 2,200 yen, and you need to let the hotel know in advance. Nothing is published about whether co-sleeping is allowed or how many people may share one bed.

Breakfast and dinner are both buffets in the restaurant; in-room dining is not available. Baths and Onsen
The water qualifies as an onsen under the Hot Springs Act (a hypotonic, neutral, cold mineral spring), and it is diluted with water, heated, and recirculated and filtered. The communal baths are on the 3rd and 11th floors: Tenbo no Yu and Manten no Yu on the 11th floor, each with an open-air bath and an indoor bath. The two communal baths alternate between men and women by time of day, and bathing is not possible from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. while the swap is prepared. Hours are 3 p.m. to midnight and, the following morning, 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. or 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.; the open-air baths may be closed depending on the weather. The communal bath changing rooms have a baby bed, and children's bath items such as baby baths and baby chairs are provided as well. The changing rooms also have a diaper bin. Children aged 7 and over, or 120 cm and taller, are required to use the bath matching their own gender. There is no pool on the property. As for barrier-free facilities, wheelchairs can be used, wheelchairs are available to borrow, and there are barrier-free toilets.
Access
The address is 523 Otori-machi, Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, about 20 minutes from Nagasaki IC on the Nagasaki Expressway. The 76 parking spaces are free, but the parking area is about 400 m away, and drivers are given a lift to the hotel. From JR Nagasaki Station it is about 10 minutes by shuttle bus, which must be reserved in advance, with a shuttle cooperation fee of 50 yen per one-way trip. Shuttle bus reservations close at 6 p.m. the day before your stay and are not accepted on the day itself. By public bus, take a bus from in front of Nagasaki Station, get off at the Mizunoura Takabu bus stop and walk about 3 minutes. From Nagasaki Airport it is about 50 minutes by bus to JR Nagasaki Station. Check-in is at 3 p.m. (last check-in 7 p.m.) and checkout is at 11 a.m.
