Children of elementary school age and under can be booked with co-sleeping, up to the room's capacity. There is no co-sleeping charge for children from age 0 up to school age, though you need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes and nightwear. Elementary school children are charged 2,000 yen (2,200 yen including tax), which includes children's amenities. If a child uses a bed on their own, the adult rate applies and the child must be added to the adult count.

The top floor has a view open-air bath, a communal bath and a sauna. There are 2 open-air baths and 2 communal baths, all open from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m., and none of them use onsen water. The men's bath has a dry sauna and the women's bath has a mist sauna. There is no private-hire bath and no bath that a family can use on its own.

The breakfast buffet is 1,500 yen for elementary school children (1,650 yen including tax) and 1,000 yen for children aged 3 and over who are not yet school age (1,100 yen including tax). There is no charge for children under 3, and adults pay 2,300 yen (2,530 yen excluding tax). It is served on the 11th floor from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last admission at 9:30 a.m.

The hotel has no parking of its own, so guests use affiliated parking such as Dozamachi Parking, at 1,000 yen per night. The road in front of the hotel is closed to vehicles from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., so luggage cannot be loaded or unloaded and guests cannot be dropped off or picked up during those hours. If you are arriving or leaving with a stroller, plan around that window.

From JR Nagasaki Station, take the tram to Shinchi-Chukagai and walk about 3 minutes. From Nagasaki Airport, take the airport bus to Nagasaki Shinchi Terminal, then walk about 6 minutes.
