The Deluxe Twin takes 1 to 4 guests, so it works for family stays as well. All rooms are non-smoking; guests who wish to smoke can use the smoking booths on the 4th and 7th floors. Air conditioning is controlled centrally for the whole building, so it switches between heating only and cooling only depending on the season, and the windows cannot be opened for safety reasons. There are no barrier-free guest rooms, but wheelchairs are available to borrow.

Breakfast is 2,800 yen for adults and 1,800 yen for elementary school children, and free for children under elementary school age. During certain periods, such as long holiday weeks, special rates apply: 2,100 yen for elementary school children, with children under school age still free.
