Three private-hire family baths. Ichinoyu has a hinoki indoor bath and a ceramic open-air bath, with a baby bed permanently installed. Ninoyu is granite and Western in style, built around white tones and slow to cool. Sannoyu is made with Kimachi stone, a specialty of Izumo in Shimane Prefecture, and has a handrail and a baby bed permanently installed. A children's bath set - a washbowl, baby chair, baby bath, full-body baby soap, baby bed and towels - is provided.

Dinner is served in the room in the South and East Wings of the main building, while guests in the West Wing and the Konoka twin rooms dine in the dining area. For the children's menu, you can choose Kids Lunch A, a kids' meal (5,500 yen with meals and futon bedding), or the same dishes as the adults at 70% of the adult rate. A Mini Kids Lunch B (1,650 yen) can also be added.

It is a hypotonic, weakly alkaline, high-temperature spring - a sodium, calcium, sulfur-salt and chloride spring - colorless and clear, with a bitter, salty taste and a faint smell of hydrogen sulfide.
- Communal baths Senpuku no Yu and Yakushi no Yu: the men's and women's baths swap over, and they are open from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to midnight. Each has an adjoining open-air bath.
- Private-hire family baths (3 of them): Ichinoyu (a hinoki indoor bath and a ceramic open-air bath, with a baby bed permanently installed, 2,500 yen), Ninoyu (granite, Western in style, 1,500 yen) and Sannoyu (built with Kimachi stone, with a handrail and a baby bed permanently installed, 1,500 yen). The private-hire baths are stocked with a washbowl, a baby chair and baby bath, full-body baby soap, a baby bed and towels, in limited numbers.
Rooms
The main building (East, South and West Wings) has elevators, while Konoka does not, so its second and third floors are reached by stairs. Children's yukata (100, 120 and 140 cm) are available to borrow free of charge.
Dining
In the South and East Wings of the main building, dinner is served in your room; guests in the West Wing and in the Konoka twin-bed rooms dine in the dining area, and breakfast is in the dining area for all rooms. Dinner runs from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a choice of four start times, and breakfast from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., with a choice of three start times. For the children's menu, you can choose the same dishes as the adults (at 70% of the adult rate) or Kids Lunch A, a kids' meal; a Mini Kids Lunch B (1,650 yen) can also be added.

All rooms have been non-smoking since April 2020, pets are not allowed, the curfew is midnight, and there is free parking for 25 cars. The ryokan will pick you up at JR Tamatsukuri-Onsen Station between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., with advance reservation required; there is no drop-off service.
