On the 2.5th floor of the Higashi-no-Sho wing. There are separate communal baths and open-air baths for men and women, along with a dry sauna, a mist sauna and a cold-water bath. The source is Tamatsukuri Onsen, a sulfate and chloride spring, with added water and circulation filtration. A baby bed is set up in the changing area of the women's communal bath. Hours are 3 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next day; the baths are unavailable from midnight to 6 a.m., and the sauna closes at midnight.

A foot bath just outside the main gate, fed by water flowing straight from the source. There are three kinds: one paved with agate, one with bubbling water, and Kenko no Komichi, a health path laid with pebbles. The temperature is set on the mild side so that children can get in easily. Hours are 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

On the first floor of the Higashi-no-Sho wing is Oku no Mori, a kids' space built with Shimane timber and described as the largest at any lodging facility in the prefecture, lined with 12 kinds of wooden play equipment for learning through wood, including a pretend-play corner, a ball-rolling feature, a xylophone and monkey bars. The all-inclusive stay covers free-flowing drinks, 15 kinds in all, including local Shimane sake, wine, cocktails and soft drinks, and extends to evening ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) and post-bath ice pops. The ryokan is certified as a Welcome Baby inn by the Miki House Child-Rearing Research Institute.
Tamatsukuri Onsen Ryokan OQOQ (Okuoku) is a 46-room ryokan renewed in September 2025 from the former Tamai Bekkan. Baths and the Onsen
Tamatsukuri Onsen, well known as a hot spring that beautifies the skin (a sulfate and chloride spring, with added water and circulation filtration), can be enjoyed in the communal bath, open-air bath, dry sauna and mist sauna on the 2.5th floor of the Higashi-no-Sho wing (open 3 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next day; unavailable from midnight to 6 a.m.; the sauna closes at midnight).
