Rooms
There are 103 guest rooms: 8 Western-style rooms, 93 Japanese-style tatami rooms and 2 Japanese-Western rooms. Standard Japanese-style tatami rooms are 10 or 12 tatami mats and accommodate 2 to 6 guests; the non-smoking 10-tatami room is for 2 to 3 guests. Larger families may prefer the 20.5-tatami Japanese-style rooms made up of two or three connected rooms, which accommodate 6 to 10 guests, or the Japanese-Western Semi-Suite, which has a 12-tatami main Japanese-style room, a twin-bed room, a living room and its own Kusatsu Onsen bathroom, and accommodates 2 to 8 guests. Tenkyu and Shugyoku, which opened in April 2023, are new rooms with a semi-open-air bath fed directly from the Yubatake spring, plus a sauna and a cold-water bath. Tenkyu is 80 sq m (60 sq m when used by 2 guests), accommodates 2 to 5 guests and has 5 semi-double beds; Shugyoku is 50 sq m, accommodates 2 guests and has 1 wide king-size bed. Cribs are available to borrow in guest rooms, and the front desk can tell you about children's yukata from 80 cm. Some rooms have a Japanese-modern design with low beds set on tatami, giving families the option of a sleeping surface lower than a standard bed.
Dining
There are 4 dining venues. Kirakutei on the fifth floor is a restaurant centered on hot-pot dishes, with fried and grilled dishes finished in an open kitchen. Kiwami-aji on the fourth floor is a restaurant with private rooms for up to 8 guests and counter seating. Kibou-mine on the 11th floor is the main dining room on the top floor, and it doubles as the breakfast buffet venue the next morning. Kaiseki cuisine can be served in your guest room only if you book an in-room dining plan. A children's dinner appears in the photo gallery. For guests with food allergies, a low-allergen menu that excludes the 28 specified allergenic ingredients is available; applications must be made through a dedicated form by 6 p.m. two days before the scheduled stay. The breakfast buffet, however, is not a low-allergen menu - it only labels the 8 specified allergenic ingredients - and because cooking utensils and tableware are shared, complete removal of allergens is not possible.

There are 2 garden-style private-hire family baths, at 2,200 yen including tax per room for 50 minutes, booked at the front desk on the day of use. They are available from 2 p.m. to 11:20 p.m., and also from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., for families who want to bathe together without worrying about other guests. The bathing tax is 150 yen for adults and free of charge for children ages 0 to 11. The Japanese-Western Semi-Suite has its own Kusatsu Onsen bathroom, so guests can enjoy the onsen in their room as well.

There is free parking for 70 passenger cars in 3 areas around the hotel; drive up to the entrance and staff will guide you to the parking area. The nearby Kusatsu Onsen Ski Resort is 5 minutes away by car, with a shuttle available. Late checkout is normally available at 2,000 yen per room for 60 minutes.
