Location and access

The hotel is about 5 minutes by car from the Shin-Gotemba IC on the Shin-Tomei Expressway, about 7 minutes by car from the Gotemba IC on the Tomei Expressway, and about 15 minutes by car from the Subashiri IC on the Higashi-Fuji-Goko Road, giving it excellent highway access as a base for the Gotemba and Mount Fuji area. Gotemba Station on the JR Gotemba Line is about 7 minutes away by car (about 2 km). Highway buses from Haneda Airport, Shinjuku Station and Tokyo Station (including the airport shuttle bus, Odakyu Highway and JR Tomei Highway services) take around two hours.

Rooms and facilities

This is a 261-room business hotel. Guest rooms come with air conditioning and heating, a humidifier, an air purifier, an electric kettle, a refrigerator (empty), Wi-Fi and wired LAN, three WOWOW channels free of charge, a toilet with a bidet seat, and a shower booth. Some rooms also provide children's slippers. The Comfort Floors on the 6th to 8th floors of the annex have Nishikawa AiR conditioning mattresses.

Staying with children

Co-sleeping is free for children who have not yet started elementary school, and 2,000 yen including tax for elementary school children. These are additional charges that apply when the number of guests exceeds the room's capacity; within capacity, no extra charge is added. The Japanese and Western buffet breakfast with more than 30 items is free, and its range suits breakfast with children. Whether cribs, baby futons or similar items are available to borrow is not stated, so we recommend checking with the hotel in advance if you need them.

Communal bath

The hotel has a communal bath using artificial hot-spring water: the men's bath is an activated-stone artificial hot spring and the women's bath is a radium artificial hot spring. It is open from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. and from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., and is free for staying guests. There is no sauna, open-air bath or private-hire bath. Guests bring a bath towel from their room.

Parking and the surrounding area

Parking comprises 74 surface spaces and 65 spaces in a self-park multi-level garage, 139 in total, and is free for staying guests; medium and large vehicles require advance notice. An electric-vehicle charger (standard charging, 6 kW) is also installed, and staying guests can reserve it in advance. Gotemba Premium Outlets is about 10-15 minutes away by car, Fuji Safari Park about 30-40 minutes, Grinpa (Fuji-san Kodomo no Kuni) about 35 minutes, Fuji Speedway about 20-30 minutes, and the Hakone area about 30-45 minutes, so family-friendly spots around Gotemba are all within easy reach.
