Overview

Villa Fuji Bon Voyage Sora is a newly built villa rented as a whole house, a 4-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and about a 5-minute walk from the lakeshore. Although new, it has a retro feel reminiscent of a traditional old house, with interiors designed around the theme of the sky. Across two floors it has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, and sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a Japanese-style tatami room with futon bedding as well as Western-style rooms, so a family or group can take the whole house to themselves. Mount Fuji is visible through the large windows, and a telescope indoors lets you take a long look at the summit. A free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station is also available.

A whole-house villa with views of Mount Fuji

Villa Fuji Bon Voyage Sora is a newly built property in the Lake Kawaguchi area, rented as a whole house. It has a total floor area of about 73 sq m over two stories, with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Although newly built, it has the retro character of a traditional old house, and each room is designed around the theme of the sky. It sleeps up to 10 guests, so a family or group can have the entire house to themselves.

Cold-climate insulation, double-glazed window sashes, and heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable year-round, even through the chilly seasons at the foot of Mount Fuji.

A living room with Mount Fuji views

Mount Fuji can be seen from the living room's large windows, so you can take in the view while relaxing on the sofa. A spotting scope is provided indoors for a closer look at the summit and at sunrise and sunset. Bluetooth audio, designer furniture and other touches round out the stay.

For families with children and babies

Children of any age can stay, and children ages 3 and over pay the adult rate. The bedrooms consist of two Western-style rooms with king beds and a Japanese-style tatami room where futons are laid out, so babies at the crawling stage can spend time on the tatami with peace of mind. The house has a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine and a bathroom dryer, so you can prepare baby food, do laundry and generally settle in as you would at home - the particular appeal of a whole-house rental.
