3 communal baths: Kazami no Yu on the 6th floor of Nozomi-kan, Misaki no Yu on the 1st floor of Misaki-tei, and Migiwa no Yu on the 3rd floor of Migiwa-kan. Guests can use all 3 communal baths regardless of which building they stay in. The open-air baths overlook Toba Bay.

- •The communal baths are open from 5:30 to 10:00 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to midnight (hours vary by season and for maintenance). For day-use bathing, reception is from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The fee is JPY 2,000 for adults (junior high school age and over) and JPY 1,000 for children (ages 3 through elementary school), including a towel and bath towel.

During summer, two facilities operate beside the beach on the property: the seawater Dolphin pool and the freshwater Seagull pool. The freshwater pool has a 0.4 m-deep area for children under school age, and children ages 1 and over wearing waterproof diapers may use it. Free rental of swim rings is also available during this period.
