Handy items for a stay with children are available to borrow, including an electric kettle, a baby-bottle sterilizing case, a baby bath chair (usable from 3 months), a toilet-training seat, a diaper trash bin, a crib, a children's chair, a drawing pad and Coupy colored pencils. Numbers are limited, so booking them in advance is the surest way to have them ready.

A baby bed is permanently set up in both the men's and women's changing rooms of the communal bath, and both private-hire baths, the Honoka tub bath and the Yunoka stone bath, also have a baby bed permanently in place. Baby soap and a bath chair (usable from 3 months) are available to borrow as well, so you can bathe with a young child with peace of mind.

There is a kids' set meal with dishes such as karaage fried chicken, Hamburg steak and a two-piece sashimi plate, plus a one-plate light meal for young children of elementary school age and under. Baby food of mini udon noodles or rice porridge is available for 550 yen per meal, with free toppings to choose from, and ready-made baby food you bring with you can be warmed up.

From August 1 to August 31, 2026, elementary school children and younger children staying at the hotel receive handheld sparklers as a gift. They can be enjoyed in a designated area of the hotel parking lot, where water for putting them out is also provided.

In the Japanese garden you can feed the carp free of charge. It is also a place to stroll, making it a good break for families whose children want to move around a little.
