There are 5 room types. The Loft Queen is 22 sq m with one queen bed (180 cm wide by 200 cm long) and sleeps 1-2 guests. The Loft Twin Distance Bed is 24 sq m, with two semi-double beds (120 cm wide by 200 cm long) facing each other, an arrangement well suited to friends traveling together, and sleeps 1-2 guests. The Deluxe Loft Queen is 28 sq m with one queen bed and a sofa bed, sleeping 1-3 guests. The Loft Suite, of which there are only 6, is 51 sq m with a separate living room and bedroom, one queen bed and a sofa bed, sleeping 1-3 guests. The 3 Twin Beds room is 24 sq m and is prepared for parties of three at Osaka Dojima with three semi-double beds (120 cm wide by 200 cm long), making it a good choice for families who would rather have separate beds than co-sleep. Only the 51 sq m Loft Suite has a bathtub and toilet; the other four types have a shower and toilet. Some rooms can be used as connecting rooms (limited rooms, reservation required), which is convenient if your family wants two rooms side by side. All rooms are non-smoking and have a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a 55-inch flat-screen full HD television.

Breakfast is served buffet-style at the restaurant The WAREHOUSE from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., with last orders at 10:30 a.m. Alongside the signature cereal bar, laid out with seasonal fruit and cereals, the buffet offers dishes from a range of countries. Breakfast is not included free of charge, so guests who want it need to choose a plan that includes breakfast. Meals accommodating allergies can also be arranged. Room service is not available.

Up to 2 children under 12 may co-sleep per room. Infants who use neither meals nor bedding stay free of charge, but infants who use either meals or bedding cannot be accommodated. Elementary school children, in both the lower and upper grades, are charged 100% of the adult rate even when co-sleeping, and there are no discounted children's rates. The room equipment list includes a crib. The fitness gym is open 24 hours, but children aged 16 and under are asked to refrain from using it because it is dangerous for them, and guests aged 16 to 20 must be accompanied by a guardian.
