Dinner and breakfast are open-kitchen buffets where you can enjoy as much as you like of whatever you choose. All drinks, including alcohol, are free-flow during meals. Both dinner and breakfast have a kids' corner gathering dishes popular with children, such as dinosaur chicken nuggets and octopus-shaped sausages. For infants, baby food by age in months (Kewpie jars and Wakodo packs) and powdered formula are provided free of charge. Suite rooms have their own ganbanyoku (heated-stone sauna) in the room, while the Economy/Double Bed rooms alone have a shower room and no bathtub. There is no communal bath in the hotel, and some room types have a larger bathroom where the family can bathe together.

The building is not completely barrier-free, with steps in various places and inside the rooms, so guests using a wheelchair or a stroller are asked to contact the hotel in advance.
Access
The hotel is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Tennoji Station. It has no parking of its own, so guests use designated parking nearby, but for overnight stays there is a service that covers part of the parking fee. Routes from each of the lines at Tennoji Station are provided so that families can reach the hotel with a stroller without getting lost.
