Comfort Hotel Shin-Osaka is a non-smoking city hotel about a 5-minute walk from the front exit of Shin-Osaka Station. Children through the sixth grade of elementary school stay free when co-sleeping with a parent or guardian, and co-sleeping children can also have the free breakfast. A crib is available to borrow with advance reservation, and children's tableware and baby chairs are provided. There is no communal bath or onsen, so bathing is mainly in the bathtub in your room. The hotel has no parking of its own, so guests arriving by car need to use a nearby pay parking lot.
Rooms
There are three room types: the Double Standard (15 sq m, for 1-2 guests, with a bed 140 cm wide), the Queen Economy (17 sq m, for 1-3 guests, with a bed 164 cm wide), and the Twin Standard (23 sq m, for 1-4 guests, with two beds 123 cm wide). The Twin Standard can sleep 4 guests when a 110 cm-wide extra bed is added. The Double Standard has a bathtub roomy enough to stretch out your legs. A barrier-free Universal Room for wheelchair users is also available, but it can only be booked by phone. All rooms are non-smoking.
Dining
Breakfast is served as a free buffet at the Comfort Library Cafe on the first floor, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Breakfast is free for co-sleeping children as well, and the breakfast area has children's tableware along with baby chairs, which are limited in number. If you are concerned about food allergies, you can check the list of allergens at the front desk, but individual accommodation is not offered. Baby food you bring with you can be warmed in the microwave inside the hotel.

There is no communal bath or onsen, so bathing is mainly in your room's bathroom, which measures 140 cm by 180 cm - enough space for an unhurried soak.
