Breakfast is served buffet style at the second-floor restaurant Kyushu no Shun Hakataro, with Japanese dishes centered on Kyushu regional cooking alongside familiar Western items. It runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., with last entry at 9:30 a.m. The price is 2,970 yen including tax for adults and 1,485 yen including tax for children ages 6 to 12, and children ages 5 and under eat free of charge. Each item on the buffet is labeled for the 7 major allergens, so you can check as you choose. Room service is not available.
Baths
The SPA floor on the top floor, the 16th, has separate men's and women's communal baths fed with artificial carbonated spring water. They stay open through the night, from 3 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next morning, and staying guests can use them free of charge. There is an age limit on mixed bathing for children, so it is reassuring to check the details in advance. Bath towels and face towels are not provided at the communal bath, so bring the towels from your room. Since October 7, 2025, restrictions on guests with body art or tattoos have been lifted at the communal bath facilities.
Family-Friendly Features
One child who has not yet started elementary school can co-sleep free of charge per bed. Cribs are lent free of charge for children up to 12 months old, but numbers are limited, so contacting the hotel in advance is the surest way to secure one. There is no indoor or outdoor pool and no childcare service. Please also note that renovation work on some guest rooms will create noise between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. from July 13 to September 7, 2026, and that construction off-site to the north of the hotel will bring periods of noise from heavy machinery being moved in and out from April 2026 through 2028 (planned). If nap times are a concern, it is worth checking in advance.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Higobashi Station on the subway Yotsubashi Line and a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Watanabebashi Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line. A free shuttle bus runs from the Sakurabashi and West exits of JR Osaka Station and takes about 15 minutes; departures from JR Osaka Station run from 7:10 a.m. to 9:40 p.m. and departures from the hotel from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with no service between noon and 2 p.m. At busy times, you may not be able to board once the bus is full. If you are driving, parking is available for staying guests at 2,000 yen per night, with 36 spaces in an automated multi-level parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis.
