17CLUB, the restaurant on the second floor, serves a buffet with more than 80 items at all times, including dishes made with ingredients from the surrounding area and Osaka-mon vegetables (locally grown produce) as well as local specialties. On the fourth floor, Genyo no Yu is a communal bath and open-air bath fed by quasi-natural Komeiseki hot spring water, an artificial hot spring, with jet baths, reclining baths and a sauna alongside. On the 40th floor there is also the Mondamin Pool, where swimming is possible only in summer.

The hotel is a 1-minute walk from JR Namba Station and a 2-minute walk from Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji, Yotsubashi and Sennichimae Lines (Exit 30), so getting around is easy. Guests with tattoos may bathe only if they can be covered with a tattoo-cover sticker, available at the front desk. For late checkout, an additional fee of JPY 2,000 per hour applies.
