It has 2,055 rooms in all: standard rooms, plus family-friendly options such as connect twin rooms and connect fours rooms, which join two rooms through an internal door, and triple rooms with three beds. Baths
Genyo no Yu, the bath hall on the 4th floor, uses quasi-natural Komeiseki hot spring water (an artificial hot spring) made with komeiseki stone, said to have strong ionizing properties, and it is complemented by a jet bath, a reclining bath, a sauna and a lukewarm bath. There is no private-hire bath, so families use the communal bath together as well. No towels are provided there, so bring towels and amenities from your room. Hours are from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. the next morning and from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.; it is closed from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. for maintenance and cleaning. Guests with tattoos may bathe only if the tattoos can be covered with a tattoo-cover sticker, available at the front desk.
