Multiple buffet venues with a full range of kids' menu items. Baby food can be prepared from the menu as a puree or finely chopped, and the hotel can warm store-bought baby food you bring or lend a bottle-warming pot. Guests with food allergies can request an allergen-free meal by informing the hotel in advance of ingredients they can and cannot eat; the kitchen manager will confirm the details before accommodating the request.

Cribs, baby baths, waterproof sheets, and baby-bottle sterilizing kits are prepared with advance reservation. Children's pajamas (one-piece style, 85 cm length, one size) and children's slippers also require advance reservation. Bed guards can be installed on one side or both sides.
