It is about 20 minutes from the Tokyo Disneyland bus terminal on the free Partner Hotel Shuttle, and has 550 rooms in total. The hotel holds Welcome Baby certification, and the 1st floor has a playground with a big slide as well as a nursing room. Bed guards, step stools and toilet-training seats are provided in every room. Cribs require an advance reservation, while baby-bottle sterilizers cannot be reserved and are lent on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms
All 550 rooms are non-smoking, and there is a smoking area on the 7th floor. You can choose a room to suit the size of your group. The Prana Fours (a 4-person room) is 45.4 sq m and sleeps up to 4. The Executive Sixes (Corner Terrace) is 81.8 sq m, has two sets of bunk beds and sleeps up to 6, and the Accessible Twin sleeps up to 3. Some rooms have a bathroom with a separate toilet and a washing area, while others have a combined bath-and-toilet unit. In-room items are free of charge: a shoe dryer, a step stool, a toilet-training seat and a bed guard, along with an air purifier with a humidifying function in every room. An extra bed can be added in some rooms only, allowing up to 3 guests to stay (for a fee). Connecting rooms are not available.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at the restaurant Prana Style, an airy buffet restaurant inspired by a southern-island paradise. Prices were revised for stays from September 11, 2026: 2,750 yen for adults and 1,980 yen for elementary school children, while children under school age eat free of charge (they cannot use the restaurant on their own). The breakfast buffet has a corner just for children, where they can pick out whatever they like from a buffet counter set at their height. The tableware is made just for children too, in a material that will not break if dropped. You can also take breakfast back to your room, which suits families with young children. Even on a plan without breakfast, you can line up directly on the day and pay on the spot or charge it to your room. Dinner service ended on June 18, 2026. Since September 11, 2026, dinner has been offered as Self Style Dining, with an a la carte menu served as takeout and in a food-court format.

The panoramic communal bath on the hotel's top floor is free and for staying guests only, open through the night from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next morning. Once you have completed a provisional check-in, you can use it from 5 a.m. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided, but towels and other amenities should be brought from your room. The front desk lends a set of a bath towel and a towel for 200 yen per person. You can walk to the communal bath in your nightwear and slippers. Children who use diapers cannot bathe there. From age 7, children use the baths separated by gender, and mixed bathing is not possible. Restrictions on body art, tattoos and the like have been lifted. The water is not onsen water, and there is no private-hire bath, sauna or pool.

The nearest station is Shin-Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo Line and the JR Musashino Line. From stop D at the South Exit bus terminal, take the public bus bound for Sogo Koen for about 10 minutes, then walk about 3 minutes from the Mitsui Garden Hotel bus stop. From stop 6 at the Tokyo Disneyland Bus Terminal East, the free Partner Hotel Shuttle takes about 20 minutes. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight and checkout is at 12 p.m., and some plans offer late checkout at 1 p.m. Luggage storage and provisional check-in are available from 5 a.m. There is parking for 329 cars, at 2,000 yen for 30 hours from the time you park on the first night and 2,000 yen per 24 hours from the second night onward. Urayasu City General Park is right in front of the hotel, about a 4-minute walk away, with the grassy Nikoniko Hiroba and a biotope. There are water servers in two places on each floor, and coin-operated laundry on floors 2 to 7. The hotel reopened on September 11, 2026, and the communal bath is open as usual. The renovation work itself is scheduled to continue until February 2028. The website can be switched to English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
