The free Partner Hotel Shuttle from the Tokyo Disneyland bus terminal takes about 20 minutes, and the hotel has 550 rooms in total. It holds Welcome Baby certification, and the first floor has a playground with a big slide as well as a nursing room. Bed guards, step stools and toilet-training seats are provided in every room, and cribs and baby-bottle sterilizers are available to borrow with advance reservation. The panoramic communal bath on the top floor is for staying guests only and free of charge, but children using diapers cannot bathe there.
Rooms
All 550 rooms are non-smoking, with a smoking area on the 7th floor. You can choose by group size: the Prana Fours sleeps 4 in 45.4 sq m, the Executive Sixes (Corner Terrace) sleeps 6 in 81.8 sq m with two sets of bunk beds, and the Accessible Twin sleeps 3. Some rooms have a bathroom with a separate toilet and a washing area, while others have a combined bath-and-toilet unit. In-room items are free of charge, including a shoe dryer, a step stool, a toilet-training seat and a bed guard, and every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function. An extra bed can be added only in some rooms, allowing up to 3 guests to stay, for a fee. Connecting rooms are not available.
Dining
Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet at the restaurant Prana Style, an airy buffet restaurant styled after a southern-island paradise. Prices are revised for stays from September 11, 2026: 2,750 yen for adults and 1,980 yen for elementary school children, while children who have not yet started elementary school eat free of charge (they cannot use the restaurant on their own). The breakfast buffet has a corner just for children, where they can pick out what they like themselves from a buffet counter set at their height. The tableware is also made just for children, in a material that will not break if dropped. Breakfast can be taken back to your room as well, which suits families with young children. Even on a plan without breakfast, you can join the line directly on the day and pay on the spot or charge it to your room. Dinner service ended on June 18, 2026. Dinner is now served as Self Style Dining, offering a la carte dishes as takeout and in a food-court format (since September 11, 2026).
Baths
The panoramic communal bath on the top floor is for staying guests only and is free of charge, open through the night from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next morning. Once you have completed a provisional check-in, you can use it from 5 a.m. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided, but towels and other amenities are brought from your room; the front desk lends a bath towel and towel set for 200 yen per person. You can go to the communal bath in your nightwear and slippers. Children using diapers cannot bathe there. From the first grade of elementary school upward the baths are separated by gender, and mixed bathing is not possible from age 7. Restrictions on body art, tattoos and the like have been removed. The water is not onsen water, and there is no private-hire bath, sauna or pool.

Access
The nearest station is Shin-Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo Line and the JR Musashino Line. From stop D at the south exit bus terminal, ride the public bus bound for Sogo Koen for about 10 minutes, then walk about 3 minutes from the Mitsui Garden Hotel bus stop. From stop 6 at the Tokyo Disneyland Bus Terminal East, the free Partner Hotel Shuttle takes about 20 minutes. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight and checkout is at 12 p.m., with plans that offer late checkout at 1 p.m. Luggage storage and provisional check-in are available from 5 a.m. There is parking for 329 cars, at 2,000 yen for 30 hours from the time you park on the first night and 2,000 yen per 24 hours from the second night onward. Urayasu City General Park is right in front of the hotel, about a 4-minute walk away, with the grassy Nikoniko Hiroba and a biotope. Water servers are in two places on each floor, and there are coin laundries on floors 2 through 7. The hotel reopened on September 11, 2026, and the communal bath is open as usual. The renovation work itself is scheduled to continue until February 2028. The website can be switched to English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
