Baby bottles can be sterilized by boiling at Guest Services on the 1st floor, available 24 hours a day. A formula-preparation kettle is available to borrow, and baby food and stick-type formula milk can also be purchased at the hotel shop First Select, open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. You may also bring baby food into the restaurant, where staff can provide tableware and warm it for you.

Maihama View Hotel by HULIC is an official hotel of the Tokyo Disney Resort, about 5 minutes from JR Maihama Station by free shuttle bus. It has 428 rooms in total, mainly 32 sq m and 35 sq m rooms, and some rooms sleep up to 6 guests together. Every room comes with children's nightwear, slippers, a toothbrush and a step stool, and items such as cribs and baby baths can be borrowed with an advance reservation. Every bathroom has a separate washing area, and there is a nursing room on the 2nd floor. Checkout is at 12 p.m., so families who need time to get ready in the morning can set off without rushing.
Rooms
The guest rooms are mainly the 32 sq m Harmony Room (for 2 to 3 guests) and the 35 sq m Symphony Room (for 2 to 4 guests), and with connecting rooms up to 6 guests can stay together. The beds in the Harmony and Symphony rooms are Hollywood twins, two 110 cm-wide beds placed side by side, and on request the main bed can be set against the wall. Co-sleeping is for children who have not yet started elementary school - elementary school children are not eligible - and is limited to one child per bed. Bed guards are available to borrow for children who are co-sleeping. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function and a step stool for children as standard. One set each of children's nightwear (for heights of 100 cm to 115 cm), slippers and a toothbrush is also placed in the room, and when two or more children are co-sleeping, a set is provided for each of them. Every bathroom has a separate washing area, and the bathtub has a step, which makes bathing together with a child easier. The toilet and the powder room are separate. On the top floor there is a 64 sq m Japanese-style tatami room for 2 to 5 guests, with an indoor bath of hinoki cypress. The entire building is non-smoking, and the smoking area is outside.
Dining
Breakfast is a buffet at Fine Terrace, the restaurant in the atrium that rises through 11 stories. On some plans, breakfast is free of charge for children aged 6 and under who have not yet started elementary school. Both breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant; there is no in-room dining option, and room service is not available either.
Baths
Spa Rose, reserved for staying guests, has 2 communal baths: the women's bath has a mist sauna, and the men's bath has a dry sauna and a cold-water bath. They are not onsen. Use is limited to ages 4 and over, and children under 4 cannot use them for safety reasons. Children who are not yet out of diapers cannot get into the tubs, so families with a baby use the bathroom with its separate washing area in their room or borrow a baby bath. Children from age 4 through elementary school must be accompanied by an adult (junior high school age or older), and from elementary school age the men's and women's baths are separate. The charge is 2,200 yen for adults (junior high school age and older) and 1,100 yen for children from age 4 through elementary school. Guests with tattoos are not admitted. There is no private-hire bath.

Access
It is about 5 minutes by free shuttle bus from JR Maihama Station, and about 4 minutes from Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line. You can bring a stroller onto the free shuttle buses, but the bus between Maihama Station and the hotel has no space for one, so it must be folded; on the bus to and from Bayside Station you can bring it aboard unfolded. Luggage can be left with the hotel from 6 a.m. Checkout is at 12 p.m. Parking is 3,300 yen for one night.
