It was the first hotel to receive Welcome Baby certification from the Mikihouse Child-Rearing Research Institute, and it has a nursing room next to Grand Cinq on the 2nd floor, with diaper-changing beds inside the restrooms on every floor. Cribs and bed guards are available to borrow free of charge, and bedwetting mats and baby baths are among the rental items as well. Strollers are a paid rental at 1,000 yen per day. The breakfast buffet has a children's menu, and children aged 3 and under dine at no charge. There is no communal bath, onsen or pool.

All rooms are non-smoking, and every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function. Guest rooms are divided between the special floor The Oriental Floor and the Marin Floor, which opened on August 1, 2024. Both are room types where you take off your shoes in the entryway, which is easy to manage with a child at the crawling stage. Three room types sleep 3 guests - Oriental Comfort, Marin Comfort and Marin Moderate - and all are 25 sq m. Among the rooms for 4 guests, Oriental Superior and Marin Superior are 32 sq m with two beds 120 cm wide, one bed 100 cm wide and one bed 90 cm wide, while Oriental Deluxe is 42 sq m with three beds 120 cm wide and one bed 100 cm wide. Marin Deluxe is the hotel's largest room at 42 sq m, sleeps up to 6 guests, and holds four beds 110 cm wide and two beds 90 cm wide. Marin Standard and Oriental Standard are 22 sq m rooms for 2 guests with two beds 120 cm wide. A bathroom with a separate washing area comes with the Deluxe, Superior and Comfort types, while the Moderate and Standard types have a shower booth. There are also accessible rooms with handrails in the toilet and bathroom; please ask for one when booking if you need it. In every room type, one bed is placed against the wall. There is no room service, but room delivery and takeout of bento boxes from the Chinese restaurant Chinese Table are available.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to midnight, and checkout is at 12 p.m. There is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on site and a coin laundry on the 2nd floor. Parking is 3,000 yen for one night, 4,000 yen for two nights, 5,000 yen for three nights and 6,000 yen for four nights or more, with 500 yen per hour charged beyond the set hours. The height limit ranges from 2.3 m to 2.5 m, and vehicles taller than 2.4 m need to contact the hotel in advance.
