forumWhat families say
Rakuten Travel rating 3.86 out of 5 (1,071 reviews). A review from a family traveling with two elementary-school boys says the desserts included soft-serve ice cream and even shaved ice, which delighted the children. Many guests find the shuttle bus to Dogo Onsen Station convenient, and the free table tennis is also popular. On the other hand, reviews mentioning the age of the facilities stand out, and some guests point out that the buffet has a fairly small selection and that the menu was almost the same over two nights.
